"The Nominees Are " Kroogi Forum

The nominees of the prestigious "2011 Steppenwolf Awards" (Rus. "Steponoj Volk") have been announced, and we are proud to acknowledge the presence of our friends among the talented artists nominated this year:

Eugene Fedorov and his new band Zorge ( zorge) are nominated in four categories: "Debut of the Year," "Music of the Year", "Catalyst of the Year" (sound producer, Andrei Alyakrinskii), and, most notably, "Something of the Year." The nomination in this peculiar category celebrates Zorge’s venture to record their next album with the help of their fans here on Kroogi.com.

Vasilij Shumov, with projects "Centr" ("Center") and "Soderzhanie" ("Substance," Soderzhanie), joins Zorge in the "Catalyst of the Year" category. Also, Barto ( barto) gets the "Album of the Year" nomination for their latest album, "Um, Sovest’ i Chest’" ("Intelligence, Conscience and Honor”).

We want to congratulate our artists and wish them the best of luck at this year's awards ceremony, which will be held on July 7 in St. Petersburg, Russia.
