In Kroogi Forum Notes
The star of Russian blues Yuri Naumov (
Yuri-Naumov), playing the 9-string guitar specially made for him by the violinmaker Sergei Nozdrin, shared his complete discography on Kroogi.
His music career began in the 80’s, while he was attending medical school. Naumov quickly became one of the brightest figures of the USSR rock scene and gained recognition as the pioneer of Russian blues. The New Yorker Magazine (eventually he moved overseas) called him a one-man orchestra for his unique style and sound.
Kroogi residents can now enjoy Yuri’s albums and download his music on a Pay What You Want basis
