"A Long-Awaited Surprise from the "Orgy of the Righteous"" Kroogi Forum
The new, controversially titled mini-album, "Shitrock," by famous Moscow rock-band "Orgy of the Righteous," launches online February 5th - much to the joy of fans!
For 12 years these musicians have amazed us with a unique style that brilliantly combines acoustic and electric sounds with cross-cultural motifs and progressive rock. With no meager amount of released albums, singles, "Orgy of the Righteous" is backed by a history of countless concerts and festivals in Russia and the CIS. Every song is not only a step in the developmental exploration of classical music culture, but a fusion with what is contemporary and relevant today.
The mini-album heralds four new songs that represent the group's views on; current events in Russia, each and every one of our daily lives, music culture, and society as a whole. Two of the four songs will be included on the band's full-length album, "For Those, Who Have Dreams. Vol. 2," due to be released in the fall.
