the listener equally. The musician uploads their content and allows users to listen and download their
material for free, while providing the user with an opportunity to willingly compensate the musician. We
know that it works: In the few months that Kroogi has been public, we have been convinced that people
are actively contributing financially, with 1 in 5 donations for every downloaded album.

How It Works

Kroogi is a tool for interaction between musicians and their fans. On the site there are many opportunities
to get acquainted with interesting and unusual projects, collaborative artistic opportunities, and share your
personal creative eforts. Musicians can post not just mastered albums, but also creative content that
would otherwise not be available for compensation, such as b-sides, demos, or unfinished projects, while

Kroogi launched in November of 2008 with its Download and Donate monetary model for artists in the
quest for creative discovery, exploration, and communication. Kroogi is currently working on bringing this
model to popular online music networks and other social experiences. Your-Net-Works Inc, the creator of
Kroogi, was founded by Miro Sarbaev. Miro's experience with digital distribution and music licensing dates
